Maruti Ertiga pre-facelift model customized to look like the 2022 facelift

Maruti recently launched the facelifted version of Marui Ertiga MPV in the market. The car has already started arriving at dealerships and several videos of the same are also available online. Maruti has made some cosmetic changes to the car to make it look a bit more premium on the outside. Aftermarket accessories are already available for Ertiga in the market to give the cabin a more premium look. We have seen several Ertiga modification videos in the past and here we have a video where a pre-facelift Maruti Ertiga is modified with a 2022 version grille as well as interior customisations.

The video was uploaded by AUTO VIG ACCESSORIES on their YouTube channel. In this video vlogger shows all the modifications to the Ertiga. It does not mention at the beginning that it is a pre-facelift model. He introduces him as the facelift model and later reveals in the video that this is not the case. It changed the grille from the pre-facelift model with a new unit from the 2022 model. The grille gives it a premium look. The headlights have been smoked inside and they now feature projector-type headlights with crystal LED daytime running lights.

The plastic covering around the fog lights was given a gloss black finish, and the fog lights are projectors themselves. The lower part of the bumper now gets the Indonesian body kit with silver accents. As for the side profile, the car gets aftermarket 16-inch alloy wheels which replaced the original steel rims. The car has now been finished in two-tone as the roof and pillars are wrapped in black. The door handles are blacked out, as are the ORVM covers. Side skirts have been installed and a V-Line graphic can also be seen on the lower part of the door. The 16-inch wheels completely improved the look of the minivan.

At the rear, the XL6 panel was installed on the tailgate and an Indonesian body kit is also installed on the rear bumper. The rear bumper also gets a set of reflector lamps and an aftermarket roof-mounted spoiler has also been fitted. The interiors of this Maruti Ertiga have also seen many customizations. The plain looking cabin has now been upgraded to a premium looking cabin. The cabin now receives a two-tone red and beige theme with black panel inserts. The door handle gets a red and black plastic trim which is also visible on the dashboard. The steering wheel is leather wrapped and the seat is covered with custom leather seat covers.

There are ambient lights installed on the doors and the dashboard. The roof liner has been replaced with a soft-touch black material for a premium look and a sunglasses holder from XL6 has also been installed here. An aftermarket touchscreen infotainment system has been fitted which also displays the rear parking camera feed. The cabin looks much more premium from the inside and the car looks like a facelifted version from the outside.
