Mobility software provider TSD Mobility Solutions has announced that it has become the official software provider for the Maserati Service Vehicle Program, starting this month.
Maserati North America chose TSD after reviewing the success of Maserati parent company Stellantis, which last year signed a multi-brand deal with TSD that included Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram.
“Maserati is a unique brand defined by luxury,” said Shawn Concannon, president of TSD. “Our team has deployed thousands of Stellantis locations. We are ready to start and make an impact.
The Maserati Service Loaner Vehicle program emphasizes customer experience, according to the announcement, and each premium car is driven by a customer who expects prompt, transparent and personalized service. TSD’s technology makes this possible with a mobile-first approach to speeding up the loan process through driver’s license scanning and other features. Most service advisors open agreements in less than 60 seconds, according to the company.
TSD recently expanded its portfolio to offer pick-up and delivery capabilities as well as contactless functionality – both of which are popular among premium brands to build customer loyalty.
More than 100 locations are expected to participate in the Maserati Service Vehicle Program.
