The method of claim 1, wherein the action associated with the mobile device comprises at least one of location of the mobile device, movement of the mobile device, use of an application on the mobile device, a purchase made using the mobile device, or a check deposited using the mobile device.

3. A method according to claim 1, wherein the resource comprises at least one of power, memory, bandwidth or funds.

The method of claim 1, wherein determining the resource reserve of the plurality of resource reserves is based on previous transactions.

The method of claim 1, wherein the action associated with the mobile device comprises charging the mobile device.

The method of claim 1, wherein determining the resource reserve of the plurality of resource reserves is based on a balance of one or more reserves of the plurality of resource reserves.

The method of claim 1, wherein the action associated with the mobile device comprises depositing a check using the mobile device; and wherein replenishing the reserve of the resource comprises replenishing the reserve using funds from the deposited check.

“8. A computing device comprising: one or more processors; and memory storage instructions which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the computing device to: determine an action associated with a mobile device; in response to determining the action associated with the mobile device, determining a resource from among a plurality of resources; determining a reserve of the resource from a plurality of reserves of the resource; and replenishing, based on the action associated with the mobile device , the reserve of the resource.

A computing device according to claim 8, wherein the plurality of pools are associated with different categories of resource usage.

A computing device according to claim 9, wherein the instructions cause the computing device to determine the reserve of the resource based on a resource usage category of the action associated with the mobile device and the different categories of resource utilization associated with the plurality of pools.

A computing device according to claim 8, wherein one or more caches of the plurality of caches are associated with time periods; and wherein the instructions cause the computing device to determine the reserve of the resource based on a time of the action associated with the mobile device and time periods associated with the plurality of reservations.

“12. The computing device of claim 8, wherein the instructions cause the computing device to determine the action associated with the mobile device based on whether the mobile device is within communication range of a WiFi device, or a near field communication (NFC) device, or other device.

A computing device according to claim 8, wherein the instructions cause the computing device to replenish the reserve of the resource further based on an availability of the resource.

“14. A non-transitory computer-readable medium comprising instructions which, when executed, cause operations including: determining an action associated with a mobile device; in response to determining the action associated with the mobile device , determining a resource from among a plurality of resources; determining a reserve of the resource from a plurality of reserves of the resource; and replenishing, based on the action associated with the mobile device, the reserve of the resource.

“15. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 14, wherein the action associated with the mobile device comprises receiving funds through the mobile device; and wherein replenishing the stock of the resource comprises replenishing the stock using funds received through the mobile device.

“16. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 14, wherein the action associated with the mobile device comprises the mobile device receiving a media access control (MAC) address from another device.

“17. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 14, wherein the resource comprises at least one of power, memory, bandwidth, or funds.

“18. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 14, wherein the action associated with the mobile device comprises at least one of location of the mobile device, movement of the mobile device, use of an application on the mobile device, a purchase made using the mobile device or a check deposited using the mobile device.

“19. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 14, wherein the determination of the pool of the resource of the plurality of pools of the resource is based on a balance of one or more pools of the plurality of pools of the resource.

20. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 14, wherein the determination of the resource reserve of the plurality of resource reserves is based on previous transactions.
